Refund policy

All first-time orders of Trévo products come with a 30-day money back guarantee.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an initial Trévo product purchase ordered directly from a Trévo authorized sellers shopsite in accordance with Trévo's Policies and Procedures, you may return the unused portion of the product in its original container to Trévo within 30 days of its receipt for a full refund or product exchange.

All returns must be shipped to Trévo prepaid, as Trévo does not accept shipping collect packages. The risk of loss in shipping the returned product shall be borne solely by the customer. If returned product is not received at Trévo's distribution warehouse, it is the responsibility of the customer to trace the shipment and no credit will be applied.

Reimbursement is based on the original purchase price(s), less shipping charges. The refund will be credited back to the original credit or debit card used for the order at the time of purchase.

Trévo withholds the right to refuse a refund if you have previously received a refund as a customer or Consultant.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SUBSCRIPTION CUSTOMERS

When signing up on a Subscription order, Trévo automatically ships products to you every month. It's a convenient way to ensure your Trévo products arrive regularly at a discounted price. By signing up for a subscription order, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions:

SUBSCRIPTION CUSTOMER: In order to sign up to become a Subscription Customer, you must have a valid e-mail address, Credit Card and/or Debit Card.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION: I authorize Trévo to withdraw payment for my order(s) from my credit card(s) supplied at the time of signup. Trévo is authorized only to withdraw payment equal to the amount of the products, applicable sales tax, and shipping and handling of products that I order. I have the right to have the amount of any erroneous withdrawal deposited into my account as soon as reasonably possible and upon proper notification to Trévo. I shall hold Trévo harmless for all special or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect, resulting from any wrongful debit to my account. I understand that I will be charged for a one-month supply of the amount of products ordered upon placing my first order (or unless I have called in to adjust my monthly subscription shipment) and understand that if I do not cancel my subscription that I will be charged that amount every month thereafter.

PROCESSING DATE: To ensure your order arrives on time, Trévo may run your Subscription Payment up to 3 days prior to your Subscription Date. This is done as a precaution for situations where your order falls on a weekend or holiday, or for weather related issues, etc.

ACCOUNT MODIFICATIONS: To change Subscription order selections, adjust method of payments, or the authorized amount, an email request to customersupport@trevowellness.com or call to 877-942-3255 must be submitted to Trévo or changes can be made online by editing your profile on your account. Changes MUST be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the Subscription Date. If more than one Subscription Agreement has been submitted, the most recent agreement will supersede all previous Agreements.

CANCELLATION: Cancellation of Trévo Orders can be done by emailing customersupport@trevowellness.com, or by calling Customer Support at 877-942-3255. Notice of cancellation MUST be received at least 30-days before your Subscription date in order to avoid charges for that month. If a cancellation notice is received after or less than 30-days before your Subscription date, cancellation will become effective in the month following the month in which, your notice of cancellation is received by Trévo. Cancellation will stop all future shipments of that order. To resume your Subscription order after you have cancelled it, you will need to renew the Subscription program.

Trévo reserves the right to update and/or revise these Subscription Terms & Conditions at any time. If Trévo makes any material changes to the Subscription Terms & Conditions, Trévo will provide notice via the e-mail on file during Subscription Program signup.

Placing an order with Trévo requires that you receive system emails. These emails will contain order receipts, account notice, etc... However, you may opt out of marketing emails when you receive your first one at the bottom of the email.
